The classes and the e-Textbooks are cheap! The classes are $250 per credit hour and the e-Textbooks I have purchased so far were $35 on average.

This year each credit hour is $212, and I think it's absolutely worth every one! I've already completed 16 credit hours since September and aim to double that by the time the summer semester starts. The flexibility of the class scheduling and the approachability of the professors combined with fairly rigorous academic standards and expectations makes this well worth the price of tuition.

Definitely reasonably priced. Especially if you have multiple commitments and are working or in financial need.

As mentioned, most of the professors here are professionals in their field and/or teach at more prestigious colleges in the area, so if you find one of those consider yourself lucky to be paying less for similar education. Do your research, read their bio's, it's not hard to find out which teachers are good.

Tuition is not expensive in comparison to most other colleges. UMUC is also very involved with the US military and aids in the financial areas accordingly.
