The University of Miami is the perfect well-rounded school. Not many places with strong athletic traditions and vibrant party scenes offer strong academics, but UM is definitely one of them. There are no slack majors here. The professors are all leaders in their field and constantly challenge students with tough work loads. UM is definitely competitive academically and the small class sizes enhance your classroom learning experience. It is a school on rise as far as academics go. Each incoming class is more and more selective.

    A beautiful place to study with loads of things to do on campus. Lots of history and tradition that makes the school unique. Plenty to do and everyone seemed so helpful and nice.

    UM is rigorously academic. They have a great athletic department and a broad spectrum of majors, classes, a pre-profession al studies. It's located in a heart of a Culture cauldron, warm weather and all.

    Miami is one of those schools where you get the best of both worlds. Or in this case, you get the best of everything. Of course, UM is beautiful, being in Coral Gables, but the city of Miami is right there with so many opportunities at your fingertips. Miami is so strong educationally with incredible programs, but at the same time has strong athletic programs, several clubs, and a lot of diversity. Miami is a school that anyone could find their place in, except if you like cold weather.
