“Dorms were nice, good shape, and not to small! Each roommate has their own closet and desk which is nice.…”
The food available is very good and they provide a lot of healthy options. If a student doesn't have a meal plan though, it can get very expensive.
» Read MoreThe many choices for dining halls on campus is very useful as well. Along with the many restaurants in the downtown area that are not that far from campus is great.
» Read MoreFrom the times I have eaten at the dining halls, I have to applaud the cafeteria staff with the not only the variety but also the quality of the food served everyday.
» Read MoreYou hear a lot of stories about how bad cafeteria food is. I think the food at UNL is great.
» Read MoreThe food and dining at UNL is better than I expected. There are many different dining halls across campus with many different choices of foods in each one. However, as with any food, after a while the foods become repetitive and less appetizing.
» Read MoreThe only good days for the food at UNL are on tour days because the school wants to impress potential students. The food has gotten progressively worse as the year has gone on. The dining halls, however, are always tidy and have an enjoyable atmosphere.

» Read MoreThey have alot of different restaurants for you to choose from. You will never be bored with your food choices!
» Read MoreThe dining halls are renovated in HSS and Abel so they are very clean and nice. The food is good and there is a lot of selection, but it can get old after a few months.

» Read MoreThere are about 30 frats and about 15 sororities on campus, so if interested, you will likely find one that correlates with your interests and ambitions. None of the active greek houses do hazing, as far as anyone around me knows.

» Read MoreGreek life is absolutely amazing here. It is much more low key compared to other campuses I have heard of. I was unsure if I wanted to go greek, but now that I am, I cannot imagine it any other way.
» Read MoreThe Greek life is a very important part of Nebraska. Each house has a different personality. This makes it easy to find one that fits you. They are also very involved on campus and in philanthropy.
» Read MoreDisappointed in the Greek life, the Greek system here doesn't get their members to strive to meet people out of the Greek system, only in and then that limits people being able to form study groups.
» Read MoreGreek Life is a great experience. There are over 30 fraternities and sororities on campus and the rivalries a lot of fun.
» Read MoreGreek Life is very prominent on this campus, with houses almost everywhere and ads for philanthropy events and dances scattered all over campus. It's not impossible to be social and involved on campus without being in a sorority or fraternity, but it is a significant advantage.
» Read MoreI don't plan on joing a sorority, but UNL has plenty of Greek houses to choose from if you do plan on rushing.
