Around Town

There are plenty of things to do, you just need to find them. There are places to go bowling, watch movies, race go-carts and rock climb. Also if you are involved in a club or two they put on events along with the ones hosted by the university.

One thing that is amazing about this campus is that it is right on the beach!!!

Hangout with people, go to friday night hockey games (they usually get killed though). Go hangout off campus go into biddeford, go to portland. Limited options but there is enough if you look hard enough.

There are various amounts of activities that the schools clubs host. The beach is walking distance from the school and there is a forest near enough to walk through.

Go to Portland, On campus activities, sporting events, intramural sports

Not a whole lot. Mainly sports or traveling about 25 minutes to Portland.

Gym, comedians, movies, cardio classes

There are so many activities on campus every weekend that a ton of people attend. Just last weekend they had a bingo night where they gave away flat screen TV's and Wii's. It was totally free to play and you had the chance to win amazing prizes. There is also an 18 and over club in the next town over that a lot of people go to on the weekends. It is a small local club but it is a lot of fun to go with a group of your friends and dance the night away!

There are so many opportunities for activities across campus. Whether it is fun events made by the APB club or ice skating in the brand new forum, you can't be bored!

Being on the coast of Maine there is an endless array of fun and exciting things to do. Kayaking, sailing, sunbathing, hiking, biking and cruising- and that's just to get some exercise. With Portland only 20 minutes away there's dancing and shopping only a quick hop away. AND on Campus there are dozens of clubs to be a part of and there is the opportunity to create your own club if you don't see your interest already formed as a club.
