Food and Dining at University of Alabama is fair to good . Although they do undercook or over cook some foods. Majority of the times the food is decent.

I don't eat on campus a lot but when I do I hit Einstein Bros Bagels, A&W Express, or sub connection. They have the best food and snacks and the sweetest workers! The ladies at Einstein Bros know exactly who I am and will add extra love to my coffee if they know I'm having a bad day or didn't sleep enough.

Towers is okay to eat at, but I would invest more into your dining dollars. Places around the area is student-friendly and pretty good. Definitely eat at Montague's and RiceBox; a few of the Florence originals.

There are different places on campus to eat, such as Towers-all you can eat buffet, W.O.W-which serves wings & other foods, a Pizza Hut, Chinese place, Sub Connection, Einstein's, & an A&W. You would have to get a meal plan for these places though or you could pay out of pocket, but meal plans are better.

There is a great variety of foods on campus, but the food value is inconsistent. The dining programs are however worth investing into.

Greek life seems pretty cool. You would have to live in a dorm for at least one semester,if you are planning on joining a sorority. The Greek life is great for networking & if you just want to be involved.

Greek Life at UNA is growing. There are 4 NPC sororities, 7 IFC fraternities, and 7 NPHC fraternities and sororities. Joining a Greek organization is one of the easiest ways to become involved on campus. Greek life at UNA not only keeps you involved, it pushes the student at UNA to achieve better grades and build a resume while building networks for life post graduation.

The Greek people are generally really nice. They don't rule the school, and they're not snotty at all (generally). Most of them throw fun parties too. We have at least one dry fraternity. I'm not Greek, but my friends who are tell me it's really demanding to participate.
