Attend athletic events, gathering on campus, and Join clubs. Go out bowling, to eat, movies, etc.

There are some campus events held that are entertaining. There are organizations to join. There are multiple ways to have fun on campus.

Aside from local parties, Fry street is always pretty lively even if you're not old enough to drink. Most of the restaurants in Denton are open late to cater to the college area. For me, though, the campus is wonderful to skate/bmx on when it's empty. Not much else in the area unfortunately.

There are many activities to do on campus. Every week there was some sort of entertainment on campus. I went to many screenings of movies on campus, and they were very fun.

There are plenty events going on throughout the year on campus. Homecoming, sporting events, plays, etc are just a few events.

Become friend with different people and be aware of upcoming events.

Get involved in activities. For me, I played open court volleyball and played Co-rec intramural sand volleyball. I had a blast doing both and met people through both. Joining clubs or intramural sports or even classes at the rec were really fun and a good way to slowly get to know other people with similar interests.

Go to fry street. Go to KUSH. Walk/hike/run

Simply walking around campus is fun, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery. Also check out the media library, they have movies, video games, and more. Sometimes there are activities open to everyone, sponsored by certain clubs or organizations.
