Notre Dame is definitely expensive but I would never choose to go anywhere else after spending even a week here. I love it so much and I know the connections I make here with other students and the network of alumni will almost guarantee me a great job after I graduate.

» Read MoreThe main goal here is to make sure that no one who attends the University Notre Dame ever feels left out. Part of what I appreciated most when they accepted me was this constant feeling that they didn't want me to miss any opportunity least of all for financial reasons. So, they really do everything they can to be feasible for their students. It really blew my mind when I got my financial aid letter because they actually topped my state school. They were willing to pay more for me because I needed it than my own state college (and the ND's tuition is almost three times as large as my state school's). It doesn't stop with the financial aid package either. If a student can't afford to go to an event they can talk to their rector (head of the dorm) and get some financial help.
