The University of Pittsburgh has been a home away from home for me. My classmates, professors, and even office moms at my student worker position, have provided an atmosphere that is incredibly conducive to learning, growing, and succeeding.

A good choice if you want a school with lots of spirit. Large classes are only introductory courses so don't worry. Seems like a large school but it's a really close knit community.

I love the campus! There is so much to do in Oakland, and everyone is really friendly. I'm having the best time here.

I love this place. I grew up in Pittsburgh and was pretty bummed when my parents told me they didn't have the money to send me to NYU like I'd been planning since my freshman year of highschool, but my opinion changed after I started my first year. The people are great and there's always something to do!!

Pitt was the last place I wanted to end up...but now that I am here I love it. It is perfect for me because its in the city and there is always something to do. I am learning so much and making so many new friends every single day.

This school is awesome! Great curriculum and great environment. This school really cares about its students.

Pitt is an awesome school with a strong emphasis on learning! There is definitely something here for everyone. If you're a spirited, driven person, then Pitt is the place for you.

Pitt is rigorous and has high expectations but is manageable for students who are willing to put the effort forth to excel.

A large and competitive school that offers a variety of majors and opportunities for its students. I am a biology major and feel that I am pushed to succeed in my major. My main complaint is the physics department.

The University of Pittsburgh is a wonderful, traditional place located in the heart of Oakland. Pitt is a great place for both academics and fantastic sports teams. The opportunities that Pitt presents to it's students are unmatched by other universities.
