    This university is very cheap, you can finish a quality degree with the same amount of money y7ou may waste in a semester in the states. A normal semester may be around $2000.

    Being a Public Institution, the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez has a lower tuition than most universities in Puerto Rico. Also, if you can qualify for the Federal Pell Grant it opens a lot of opportunities for other scholarships.
