    USC Upstate currently is one of the most affordable colleges in South Carolina. Tuition is around $13,000 a year (impressive, isn't it?).

    The campus is very beautiful towards in end of the day. Around 7pm, its a really nice time to take a walk through the campus with an significant other. The campus feels safe and there is always a police/ security car riding through the campus.
