I love wrestling. They have a team here and I am part of it. This program is well run and teammates are really helpful. Great Coaches to have running the wrestling program... I have some time to socialize with others and have enjoyed myself. My academic schedule, work study job, and wrestling does not leave much time open during the week. I utilize my time to catch up on things to do on weekends and school assignments.

Winter in Maine...skiing. Performances on campus, ie., plays, concerts, movie nights, and of course Portland, Maine which is an arts community offering monthly art walks, many music venues, great food.

Make sure to meet new people as soon and often as possible so there are people to hang out with. Otherwise there is nothing to do.

Located so close to Portland, students have access to concerts at the State Theatre; free nights at the Art Museum; open mics in the Old Port; and sporting events such as the Seadogs, Pirates, and Redclaws. The school gives away free tickets to events all year, and transportation is an ease thanks to the shuttle between campuses. In Gorham, you have a small village with a fair deal of options. Several restaurants line the quiet streets of the town, including Italian, Chinese, Thai, American, and other great cuisines. There are also movie theaters, including an IMAX 3D theater, within twenty minutes of the Gorham campus. Find a friend and drive to the movies! The Gorham campus also houses campus-wide events every Thursday to Saturday in the student center.
