There are so many things to do for fun here. I highly recommend getting involved on campus!! This will help you to get that genuine college experience we are all looking for. There are weekly events year round through campus such as; outdoor adventures, movie nights, dances, etc. Not to mention our campus is located within walking distance from the History Museum and the Tacoma Art Museum. UW - Tacoma is also only about a 5-10 minute drive to the Ruston Way Waterfront, The Lemay Car Museum, Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium, and Cheney Stadium.
