I will be a senior this at the beginning of the 2010-2011 academic year, and couldn't be happier with the college I chose! the classes are tough, obviously, but its so worth it. I am a chemistry major and mathematics minor, and i don't need to go to some big expensive private school to learn alot, I'm getting it done right here!

The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse is an active campus. Professors encourage you and provide assistance including tutoring and open office hours. Campus organizations and each individual hall offer fun events to participate in.

» Read MoreIt is a smaller campus built right beside the bluffs, designed very compact which is helpful when walking to classes on those cold days. There is a vast majority of choices each student has, and all the facilities are up to date. overall it is a very friendly and welcoming environment.

Classes for the most part are on the small side, though some lectures can have hundreds of students. There are tons of resources on campus and lots of opportunities to take advantage of.
