There are a ton of food choices on campus. The cafeteria in Sandburg has many choices alone. Then there's fast food choices in the student union as well as a bar and restaurant in the basement. There is also other restaurants within walking distance.

In terms of quality, I find that to food is above what you would expect from a resident hall. Everything is always fresh and at the temperature that it is suppose to be at. As far as options go, there are times where the food choices are limited, especially during non-peak hours.

I personally love breakfast food, and Milwaukee provides the students with the opportunity to make their own omelets, waffles, fruit salads, and much more. Same with lunch and dinner, every dorm is different though. Sandburg is known for their burgers, Riverview is known for wings and Cambridge is known for fried foods.

There are quite a few options at the union. I don't know what the dorm food is like (see comment above about dorm life), but the rest of campus has a fairly good variety. There are fast food options, camopus-run coffee shop (several throughout campus, including one in the main library), and more traditional cafeteria-type food. There is also a bar in the basement of the Union, which can be nice after a rough week (great deal on the bloody marys- they are essentially a meal in a glass).

Greek life isn't big here because it is illegal to have more than three unrelated people living under one roof. There are fraternities and sororities but they are more like clubs here.

The Greek life is essentially non-existent and I love that. I went to another school where is was common, and I hated it. If Greek life is for you, this is not the right school for you. This is a pretty rugged, down-to-Earth type of school. Elitists generally not welcome.

There are a few Greek organizations, but from what I've heard, you should shy away from the social sororities, because they still engage in hazing.

I do not have too much to testify about the Greek life on campus because I am not aware of it so much but I do know that there is a club for it.
