By having a mixture in class size I am beginning to see what works best for me. Pit classes are generally the hardest to learn in, but having a great professor makes things a lot easier. Professors are generally easy going & really are here to help you learn. They strive to learn your names & enjoy answering questions you may have.

    Oshkosh is a good school if you get involved in activities on campus. If not, then theres not much to do other than drink.

    There are many opportunities to get involved on campus. It is a larger campus but feels like a small one because of the professors and all the people you meet. The campus is continuously trying be improved, environmentally friendly, and convenient for staff and students.

    I would rate this school on a scale from 1-10 a 7 when it comes to education. The social life I would rate a 5 only because most of the students are from small towns and most of the people are already settled into their own social groups. There isn't that much diversity here, it is mainly white. Me, being an African American, I definitely had a culture shock, but there are groups such as the Black Student Union and Sisterhood that gathers all of the African American students together.

    The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh has provided me with many tools that have and will, help me succeed. UWO is constantly updating it's campus to fulfill the necessity of new technology throughout the business world. The campus has opened my eyes to show me the bright future I have ahead if I continue to work hard and get a degree.

    UWO is a friendly community that puts the student first. The faculty tries to make sure everyone has a full understanding of the material. Some professors give extra time aside for extra help.

    I love studying at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, the size is prefect and the teachers are very helpful. In most of my classes I have felt that my teachers really want their students to succeed and will help them as much as possible. Studying here has been very beneficial to me.
