    There are numerous clubs involving all sorts of things like hobbies, sports, or just going on a doughnut run every week. There is also a Frisbee golf course on campus. There are also activities posted every week put on by the Friday Night Club.

    There's a lot to do in this small town. Dubuque is at most 20 minutes away. The famous M monument in platteville is always fun to visit. Downtown offers anything you need for your average college student. There are 2 ski resorts within 30 minutes of campus.

    Since Platteville is such a tiny city there is not much for college students to do on weekends. A lot of people will either go to Madison, WI (45 minutes away) or they will go to Dubuque, IA (30 minutes away). If you choose to stay in Platteville there are a lot of Fraternities and Sororities that throw parties on the weekends. A lot of people also like to go to the Football, Baseball, and Women's Softball games.

    There are so many things on campus and off to do for fun, even though you may not realize it. There are always some club or organization putting on an event almost every weekend. Also, every week there are one dollar movies or one dollar bowling.

    There are tons of clubs ranging in a variety of interests! There are a number of different outdoor clubs, sports and activity clubs, gaming and computer clubs. You just have to be on the lookout for their fliers advertising their next meeting!

    Every Friday night we go out as a big group and play games. Last week we had a big kickball tournament and this Friday there is a dodgeball tournament going on.

    In walking distance, we have bowling alleys, movie theatres, Wal mart (people love going there I guess). The giant M is amazing, the view from up there is indescribable. We are only and he from Madison and 30 min from Dubuqe, Iowa. In Dubuqe you can find many things like the wild life sanctuary, a mall for shopping, river walk, etc.
