Laramie is a small town and the university is a medium sized school. They do very well with engineering, buisness and medical undergraduate degrees. It is also a very good school if you like to be outside and rock climb, backpack, hike, fish, ice climb, ski, snoboard, and much more.

The University of Wyoming is a relatively small campus where one can get to know others easily. There are quite a few opportunities to get involved with outdoor programs. If one is a resident of Wyoming they pretty much have college paid for already.
