I'm a shopaholic and the deals I see are pretty sweet. I wish there was a target though but there is only a Kmart well 2 of them, wish I make due with.

The tuition is affordable, the academic programs offered are not to be compared to other universities. We have a Marine Biology department that people come from all over to enroll in. UVI is a vacation school where you learn, grow and easy to relax.
