Valparaiso may seem rather pricey at first, but the staff there is open and friendly, and they're always willing to help. The campus is beautiful, and one can easily feel at home there. The atmosphere is rather welcoming, and integrating oneself into the life of a college student becomes an easy task here.

Valparaiso University creates a wonderful environment for students to excel and benefit academically but also socially. They create a good environment connecting the student body to the faculty and vice versa. The only negative I have to say is the constant rising in tuition each year, which puts more stress on the student.

Valparaiso University is a tremendous school with great people. It is easy to make your home and has great classes and intern opportunities; it helps you get your dream job for after college while preparing you for it.

Valparaiso in a small community. All are welcomed with open arms. The academic programs are both engaging and rigorous.

I love how close knit the community is. Teachers know me outside of class. It's a small campus which I love you, but I'm still meeting new people every single day!

Beneficial Helpful Caring

Valparaiso (Valpo for short) is a good small school, and their faculty (for the most part) are very helpful. The school doesn't offer a lot of activities for minority student, but it claims that it is very diverse. It would be a good school for people who are used to being in small school environments.

Overall, I really liked Valpo. It had a beautiful campus and everyone there seemed really nice.

Valpo has something for everyone. Close to the big city (Chicago), the beach and dunes (Lake Michigan), and the country side. Not too small but you will almost always see someone you know, student or prof., while walking to class, lunch, or whatever else.

Valparaiso is an absolutely beautiful campus. It is a very community based school and everyone here makes you feel like you're a part of the Valpo family. The teachers and professors are great and with smaller class sizes many know you personally by first name.
