The King of Prussia mall is very close (you can take a train and the school shuttles to the mall for free on the weekends). Take a train into Philadelphia or Ardmore. Local bars. Lots of activities that are on campus. Watch the VU movie channel.

There are also free shuttles to the King of Prussia Mall, one of the biggest malls in the country, as well as other shops and restaurants close by. Campus Activities Team puts on other special events such as shows and movies, games, and more fun things.

Within walking and biking distance or an even shorter bus ride is Bryn Mawr and Wayne each with good restaurants, shops, cinemas, and other activities to explore.

» Read MoreI am a very boring person and don't go out very much. But there are parties if you're into that. There is also the Campus Activities Team which plans events and stuff to do on campus. There is also Philadelphia that's a train ride away plus a lot of shopping opportunities. Joining a club will also help you do more because a lot of clubs and sports plan group outings and activities.
