I LOVE VCU!! the campus is beautiful, the social and cultural diversity is prevalent, and the people are amazing. In my opinion VCU has the ideal balance of a work hard- play hard environment. Entertainment is always around and there is always something to do but learning and producing active members of society are at the core of this university and I value that tremendously.

At first I was a little spectacle about attending a college that is in a city environment. Little did I know that there is so much and always something to do at VCU! I have had some of the great times here in Richmond, VA already. I have been on a tour of Richmond, seen Broadway play, and have been to a few museums. There is so much more to do such as canoeing, hiking, watch performances by your favorite artist or band at the National. Having so much to do keeps me occupied and relaxed. Lets not forget about the recreational activities that I have done so far since I've been here! There is intramural sports and plenty of other things to do. There are countless organization that you can be involved with. When I say there's something for everyone, there really is! The Basketball and other athletic events are also another prime reason I enjoy being at VCU. The people are great and the school is great couldn't of made a better choice!

I really enjoy being a student here and I'm proud of my university. The people are really cool and you will get a few smiles and hellos as you walk through the campus from random students and faculty. You won't regret going to VCU.

One thing I didn't expect was how easy it was to find a group of friends that I fit perfectly into, and the Dorms was a big part of that. Richmond also has something for you to do at any given time. You could never get bored!
