Absolutely the best urban school to go to in Virginia! Very diverse and tons of things to do all the time, both, on and off campus! Faculty and students are extremely friendly!

Virginia Commonwealth University is great for both it's academic and diverse characteristics. It's heavily populated with students interested in learning and achieving major degrees. This school thrives on it's hard-working student body.

It seems like a great place for what i plan to major in. I want to major in biology or some science since i want to be a radiologist. When you step on the campus you can literally feel the enthusiasm emanating from the students.

If you want to get away, without going far from home, VCU is great. The city isn't too big and VCU is a diverse and accepting school. Even if we don't have a football team, VCU compensates by providing a greater variety of programs, courses and support.

As a whole, the school is amazing in the sense that the diversity rate is through the roof! Students are able to branch out and meet people of many races and cultures. This provides students with grounds for branching out by doing and trying new things, and also meeting different new types of people.

VCU is a great place if your want to immerse yourself in an urban environment. The fluid, borderless campus makes socializing and getting involved easy. Life at VCU is interesting, and there's always something going on.

On a Scale of 1 through 10, I would rate VCU as an 6 For out of state students. If you an in state student I would rate VCU as a 8, only because in state students have an advantage over out of state students like myself.
