    Apply to Virginia Union University you will get in. Turn in all financial aid papers to get qualified for scholarships. Also the sooner you turn you applications in complete the better everything you will have.

    Be prepared to eat off campus a lot, the food is not the best. Classes get cancelled a lot. Get involved or you will be bored sitting in your dorm.

    Be alert and always ahead of the game. Do the work that is given to you by your Professor at your earliest opportunity. That way after it is complete you can forget about it and do other work. There are many times where you may have numerous work to do from maybe one or two classes at the same time and they may have the same due date. Also, time management skills are important. There will be times where you don't want to do any work and would rather hang out with your friends and go out and walk the streets of Richmond so prioritize yourself. Manage what times you're going to do your work and what times you will hang out and have fun.
