    If you were a straight A student growing up in high school and still want to maintain that average, the campus has an honor program. What the honor program does is that they search for people with a GPA over 3.0 and ask them if they want to apply or join the group. It's a great thing to go on a transcript! Plus it opens up so many opportunities for scholarship! And they also host a drawing for people within the group to receive the honors program scholarship.

    Don't fall behind and make use of the resources available to you. Never be afraid to participate in a discussion. It isn't like the internet, where people are waiting to tell you how wrong you are. For the most part, teachers love student participation and are excited that you are excited about learning the material.
