Around Town

There are always activities going on around the campus. All you have to do is look around!

Volstate has many open opportunities for students to join clubs or activities on campus. 'The Green' on campus is where most students like to meet up to play games, fly kites, hacky sack, soccer, flag football, ect. There is an open gym and weight room for students too.

There are plenty of shopping places and great food places across the street.

There are over 40 clubs and organizations.

There are always events happening every week on campus, from seminars to food, music, and cultural experiences. It is always a great time to meet other students and to have fun!

No one lives on campus, due to the fact that there are no dorms on the Highland Crest campus. Therefore, the fun comes from the individual people hooking up outside of class, and off campus. In Springfield, though, there is a bowling alley, a movie theater, a skating rink, and various clothing stores.

On campus there are many clubs that meet on a variety of days, one is the National Society of Leadership and Success, and another example is the Dungeon of Dragons club. There are also many events that happen during both the morning classes and evening classes that are free to the students.

There are conferences on campus almost every week. today there is a jewelry sale. last week Avon was on campus giving sample. There is always something to indulge in for fun.

I usually hang out in the library or cafeteria. It is were you meet so of the most interesting people on campus.
