Considering I am 39 and a single mom, I lost my husband just about 3 years ago, I never thought I would have gone back to school. I finally decided to check out Vol State and I am so very thankful that I did. They have encouraged me and have helped me set my goals to where I can handle the schooling and make it through without stressing it! I have so enjoyed going there!

If you want to save money on books, ask students how have taken the classes before and see if they will sell or rent the book to you. Also there is a Rent-a-book across from the campus that you can buy or rent books that helps save you money. But asking people for their used books really help!!! ALOT OF PEOPLE WILL POST ON FACEBOOK.

The price per semester is a phenomenal deal. At just under $2000 for 12 credit hours, you will receive a sound education, and a taste of the college experience. It is an unbeatable price, and Volunteer State has not seemed to cut any necessary corners to make it possible.
