My tips to any incoming freshman, is to just be outgoing. Don't sit back and feel as though you have to be quiet. Instead, you should make the best of your college experience which means allowing for some social time as well as keeping up with your studies.

If you are homeschooled, you will have to take a GED, as they unfortunately don't accept homeschool transcripts unless you are part of an accredited organization of some type.

1.Get involved! The environment on campus is not an exclusive one, so you will always feel welcome at any event you want to attend. There are so many different types of clubs and get togethers that I couldn't imagine anyone having the excuse that they couldn't find something that fits. 2. Don't lock yourself in your dorm room. Yes, sometimes some computer-and-snacks-in-the-comfort-of-your-own-bed time is needed, but Walla Walla is a great school in a great city. Explore your heart out! 3. Always have an open mind. I've learned not to knock anything before I try it. Don't let other opinions affect whether you'd try something new or not.
