Categories Comments Campus Safety Everything is run by the honor code. Students were leaving stuff around campus and picking it up the next day, no worries.
Clubs and Activities Sailing is a big deal. There's also a choir to which several people tried to recruit me within my first couple hours on campus.
Great for these types of students I'm under the impression that homeschoolers excel - the self-driven and small school environment is a good fit.
Bang for the buck 100% job placement
What to do for fun Build boats, obviously. There seems to be a really tight-knit student community, so I'm sure there's always something to do if you aren't studying.
Food and Dining While I was there for my campus visit, I hit the salad bar and had one of the best sandwiches of my entire life.
Dorm Life The walk from the dorms to class is very short. Most of the guys are in the same building as the classrooms.
Academic Rigor The website lists out the courses and schedule. It sounds like quite a bit of work!
Tips for prospective students Just keep in mind that there aren't very many females. It's also a very small school, which might not work for everybody.
In three sentences This school provides an excellent education. The internships/winter work will help prepare students for a real world work experience. The student community is awesome.
