Great for these types of students

Wentworth is a great school for students who know they want to major in a Design program or Engineering program. If your a student who knows what you want to do with the rest of your life, Wentworth is the school for you. Wentworth has a number of accredited programs, and some of the best hands on design and engineering programs in the northeast.

    Tips for prospective students

I like to think of Wentworth as a school that gives almost everyone a chance. Although they do give everyone a chance, you need to want it and show it to stay there. Its easy to get in, hard to stay at. Wentworth is a faster paced, career-oriented school. It has awesome programs. The staff is outstanding. Being a transfer student, I was nervous trying a new school after hating my first semester. The admissions staff is great. They really work with you on a personal level to help you with your problems. Wentworth also has the laptop program, which is really helpful. All the programs needed are on the laptop. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Wentworth is truly an amazing school.

    Bang for the buck

Wentworth has the laptop program which is a huge upside. The cost is built into the tuition and the laptop is fully loaded with the programs you will need throughout your studies. After 2 years you get an upgraded laptop, so your up-to-date with all your software. The Professors and staff on campus are friendly and very understanding.

    Am enjoying being here

The campus is a friendly, smaller campus located in a big city full of college students. The classes are fairly small so you get the help you need, but socially you are surrounded by 7-9 other colleges in the area that you can easily go to and have fun.

    Am learning a lot

The classes are a constant challenge. Everyday is a day full of knowledge.

Great for these types of students

Wentworth is great for all types of students, but especially for the hands on learner.

    Tips for prospective students

Wentworth is a great school. However, I would only recommend attending if you are absolutely sure of which major you want to pursue.

    Bang for the buck

At Wentworth, students get the full experience. You get all of the basic knowledge for your major along with hands on experience. Once a student is farther into their studies, Wentworth has a phenomenal co-op program that builds your resume and experience as well.

    Am enjoying being here

The campus is great. There are so many activities on campus alone to participate in never-mind the fact that the school is located in the heart of Boston. The professors and faculty are always helpful and nice. I've made friends in my first semester that I know will be friends for the rest of my life.

    Am learning a lot

Every day that I am at Wentworth I learn something new. Wentworth not only teaches you the basics of your declared major, but also applies it to real world situations in a hands on way so that you apply the principles that you are learning in the classroom.

Great for these types of students

This school is great for students who want to become engineers and for hands on work.

    Tips for prospective students

If you like hands on work and don't mind small classes, Wentworth is the way to go. Also don't trow away old high school physics or math notes as they will come in handy. Study hard, show interest and put lots of effort into your work.

    Bang for the buck

For the tuition price that wentworth makes people pay you cannot go wrong. As long as you try in school you will be able to get the degree and education that you desire.

    Am enjoying being here

One of the greatest things about attending Wentworth is that your in Boston and everything is in walking distance. There are plenty of after school activities which range from student government, sports, computer clubs, IEEE, activities club, pool room, and other fun activities. Also students at wentworth are really friendly. Everywhere you go their is something to do or someone their to help you out with school related activities.

    Am learning a lot

Wentworth is a great school. Teachers are really helpful and take their time to go over homework. Sense class sizes are small, teachers get to know you better and help you out as an individual. As long as you try, their is no possible way you can fail.

Great for these types of students

Engineering or architects or interior architects. It mostly a contruction and technology school. I dont know how the computer classes are but aparently they good. Anyone who likes a small school and wants to be in a city would love this school.

    Tips for prospective students

Make sure you try to stand out. I was waitlisted the first go around but I went and interviewed with my addmisions concelor and got it. Sometimes them knowing you personally and seeing you helps them know that you want to be there. It also doesnt hurt if you are female. The school is mostly male and they are trying to have more girls. Have great grades especially in the math and sciences and have a good amount of extra cirricualrs. They like people who are helping the community or at least doing something with thier time besides watching tv and going to school. Also get a really good score on the math SAT. They like my high math score.

    Bang for the buck

Tuition is so low compare to other schools. On top of that you get a laptop. The school is really trying to be on the forefront with technology by having laptop and haing professor use email and other tools. You also get the programs you need for your major for free though the schools datbase. What is the best in that Wentworth is part of the colleges of the fenway. this means if you want to take a class that is not offered at wentworth, you can take it at another school.

    Am enjoying being here

I have meet many people and had made many friends. The school alwasy offfers great discounts on a lot of things. I love that is right in Boston. Also there is always some activity or something to do on the weekends at wentworth. I like that they alwasy come up wth these progams or activities.

    Am learning a lot

Classes are a real challenge and the professor really know what they are talking about. I like that most of the classes are really small. The proffesors really help you if you need help. I really like that you get right into you major.

    Bang for the buck

for the money wentworth is a great place to get an education. the location is amazing and the curriculum is challenging and interactive. co-op opportunities are endless and allow for a foot into the field.

    What to do for fun

boston is full of things to do at any time of the day. wentworth provides events every saturday and there are clubs for almost everything that you can join.

    Food and Dining

food is fairly good with the selection provided by both wentworth and mass art. the c-store is on campus and very convenient late at night or on the weekends.

    Dorm Life

dorms are generally good size and in good condition. suite options are the most popular on campus.

    Academic Rigor

classes are challenging and many include a lot of work especially in the design majors.

    Tips for prospective students

stay on top of your work and develop good time management skills. if you are having trouble with your classes take advantage of the services provided to you.

wentworth has a very dynamic and valuable architecture program. the classes are challenging and the professors are skilled and very helpful with student's needs. campus is in a great location and allows students to take classes at other colleges in the fenway group.

    Bang for the buck

My first year was a bit pricey, but I put in a lot of effort and was accepted into a Resident Assistant position. One of the benefits is 100% discount on room charges, which were the bulk of my loan debt. Because of that, I will be paying very little money to obtain a good education. Wentworth is one of the most affordable private educations in the Boston area.

    What to do for fun

If you've found yourself with no work to do, Huntington Avenue (the street the school is located on) is a great place to go for a walk. Within minutes you'll find yourself at the Christian Science Center's reflecting pool, and just a bit further you'll find the Prudential Center.

    Food and Dining

Food and dining is Wentworth's achilles heal. Contracted out to a company called Chartwells, many students complain of limited hours, bad service, and overpriced food. I personally and inclined to agree. On weekends, the latest a student can eat on campus is 6:30. On weeknights it's 8 pm. Adjacent Northeastern University has late-night (up to 3am) dining options for its students.

    Dorm Life

Freshman dorming is especially in need of an upgrade. Once past freshman year, there are plenty of options, from the brand-new 555 building to quaint and homey campus-sponsored apartments. Every weekend, Weekends@WIT has programming for students. Sometimes not the best, but it's a good place especially for freshmen to make friends.

    Academic Rigor

Classes are challenging, especially those that are centered around your major. At least half of your classes from day one will involve your major.

    Tips for prospective students

Don't expect an easy A, especially in the design (Architecture, Industrial, and Interior) majors. It helps to know a bit about what you want to study beforehand, as unlike other schools, changing majors even a semester in will set you back by a while.

    In three sentences

Wentworth Institute of Technology is the ideal school for a student that would describe him or herself as an independent, hands on learner. Located in the heart of Boston, this school utilizes it's prime location through an extensive co-op program in which the majority of students land paid job in the Boston area.

Great for these types of students

Students who enjoy math and science or someone interested in the engineering field.

    Tips for prospective students

Stay on top of your classes and school work. It is important to stay on track with all your classes. Classes aren't always offered so failing a class can be a huge set back toward graduation. Some classes go faster than others but it is always important to attend class and know what's going on.

    Bang for the buck

This college has a great reputation and it is certainly affordable as a private school. The co-op program is well respected and what the school is known for.

    Am enjoying being here

Wentworth is in Boston. There are plenty of other colleges around as well as a lot to do. Boston is never a disappointing place to live.

    Am learning a lot

The courses are interesting and can certainly be challenging. The professors are very knowledgeable in their subjects and certainly know how to convey this to the students.

Great for these types of students

This school is great for dedicated, hardworking students. The majors offered here are not easy and require a lot of time and effort but if it is what you want to do then the work is worth it and the classes are interesting and the professors will help you along the way.

    Tips for prospective students

Make sure you really want to go into one of the technology majors. You can change majors within the school if you change your mind about which one you want but transferring schools can be a pain so if you have no idea what you want to do I would recommend a school with a larger variety of majors. What is great about this school is that it is part of the Colleges of the Fenway. If you cannot find an elective that you like at Wentworth but there is one at one of the other five Fenway schools that fits the requirements, you can cross register.

    Bang for the buck

The laptop program prevents you from having to go out and add a new laptop to the expense of college. Students in Architecture and Interior Design majors get a MacBook Pro everyone else gets a PC. Junior year they replace the laptops with newer updated ones, and if you continue to grad school they replace it again (which i strongly recommend for architecture majors because if you continue here it is a one year masters program that would be two years anywhere else). These laptops come fully loaded with all of the programs you will need for class. There are also many activities to do around campus and plenty of free giveaways and raffles.

    Am enjoying being here

It is a small school with a tight community and it doesn't hurt that it is located in the city of Boston. Getting anywhere you need to go is easy because there are two T stops within two minutes of campus in either direction. Being surrounded by so many other colleges and being a part of the Colleges of the Fenway helps make a small school bigger.

    Am learning a lot

The classes are interesting and there is a reason for every class you have to take. The class sizes are small for the most part so you are not lost in the crowd and the professors get to know you over the course of the semester. The professors are approachable and can be contacted during their office hours or by email any time. They are very prompt about returning emails.

Nonexistent except for the honor fraternity but that's it.

    Bang for the buck

I personally think it was great, I got a better deal here than at the UMass's.

There are allot of clubs to join, there's also the Prudential and landmark center's. Besides that it's in Boston, you will never run out of things to do.

    Food and Dining

What do you want it's college food, not home cooking. That being said I never thought the food was that bad.

    Dorm Life

Wentworth has a great security team and is located right near police and fire stations. The Mission Hill area (nearby) makes people a little nervous.

    Clubs and Activities

Wentworth has plenty of clubs and hosts 14 Division III sports teams.

Great for these types of students

Hands-on Learners, Motivated, Commuters, Transfers, Engineers, Managment, Design, Architecture, Career-oriented, Innovative

    Bang for the buck

For the amount of hands-on learning, experiential teaching, and co-op, Wentworth Institute of Technology is superb school. Teachers challenge students, but are reasonable (and understanding of nontraditional students).

    What to do for fun

WIT is right in the middle of Boston, what more is there to say? Boston has a ton of cultural/historical sites, plenty of music and venues, and people from all walks of life. You're also right in the middle of a bunch of colleges, making friends and meeting people is easy. The school itself also host plenty of extracurricular activities and other events.

    Food and Dining

The dining on campus is so-so, but you also have access to the other Colleges of the Fenway (Simmons, Emmanuel, Wheelock, MCPHS, and MCAD). Boston itself has great food, and plenty of it nearby.

    Academic Rigor

WIT's curricula are sometimes a bit challenging, but that is true with every college. What really sets it apart is the hands-on, experimental approach to learning. Wentworth has high end equipment and labs, and an excellent co-op system.

    In three sentences

WIT is an extremely forward looking, technological campus. My experience as a transfer student has been great and very easy. Wentworth also does a great job of taking care of commuter students (I currently live outside of Boston).

    Dorm Life

There are a variety of types of dorms that cater to every student. Each dorm is different. There's the classic apartment style and the modernized card swipe and uniform rooms.

    Academic Rigor

In the architecture program, the work load is very rigorous. All nighters are necessary. Process work for projects are important. Take heed of deadlines. It is easy to get a C but extremely difficult to receive an A for studio grades.

    Tips for prospective students

College is not the same as high school. Do not expect to study the night before and pass all your tests.

Wentworth Institute of Technology has stellar professors for Computer Science and Networking. However, I've heard some questionable things about the professors in the other programs. Just make sure to pay attention to ratemyprofessors.com for accurate-ish ratings.

    Tips for prospective students

Just make sure you do well in your classes and never neglect your studies. Wentworth is a bit pricy to afford, so you'll definitely want all the scholarships you can get. It is a great place to learn, nevertheless. Just make sure to pay attention to ratemyprofessors.com if you want to make sure to have the greatest experience.

    In three sentences

Wentworth Institute of Technology has a great program for those pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Networking. The professors really know a lot about what they're teaching. All the services offered on campus can really help you get on track for your dream job.

the city is a lot of fun. Theres a lot of things to do, like ice skating, concerts, clubs, movies, food, parks, and malls.

    Food and Dining

Massart's cafeteria is far better. Beatty is greasy and limited.

    Dorm Life

Dorm life is fun, but the housing selection process is stressful. RA's always seem to be on duty, and the halls are usually very quiet. Definitely not a huge party school.

    Academic Rigor

The engineering programs are really hard, and the architecture program is very time consuming and tedious. The work is reasonable.

    I go out a lot! I love Boston! <3

    Food and Dining

I love the subs at the MassArt cafeteria. The new cafeteria at Wentworth isn't bad, but I love the atmosphere at MassArt more. (MassArt and Wentworth cafeterias are welcome to students of both schools, as well as MCPHS students, because they are part of the Colleges of the Fenway.)

    Dorm Life

Dorming is awesome, based on the fact that I am no longer living with my parents! The freshman dorms could be better though. The upperclassmen dorms are more exciting, so I can't wait!

    Academic Rigor

Stay on track and balance your time. Friends and events may be distracting, so manage your time so you can be happy and do well in school at the same time.

    Tips for prospective students

Your college life is what you make of it. If you do not want it to be boring, you have to get up and get involved! Also, time management is a must!

    Dorm Life

    Academic Rigor

    Tips for prospective students

    Food and Dining

Cafeteria food is pretty bad. Many of the housing options have kitchens though!

    Dorm Life

Freshman dorms are usually the least nice, but the options get better as you get older. WIT offers many apartment style housing options on campus which is nice to be close to class and studio.

    Academic Rigor

    Bang for the buck

There are plenty of clubs at this school and if you cant find one that you like your more than welcome to create one. The school is in the middle of Boston as well so there is plenty that you can do.

    What to do for fun

I am a huge gamer but I do still want to stay active. When i heard they had a variety of sports clubs as well as a VIDEO GAME CLUB i was ecstatic!

    Food and Dining

Based on what I've eaten at the student orientation that food their is superb. Although high school cafeteria food will make anything you eat seem superb so it could just be me.

    Dorm Life

The Dorms are reasonably spaced but im a bit concerned about the temperature of the Dorms during certain seasons.

    Academic Rigor

I have not yet been able to attend the school but will so been. With that being said, I have met some of the professors who are really outgoing and fun to be around. Although they are fun they are still serious professors who will help you with anything you need.

    Tips for prospective students

If your looking at this school make sure you are financially secure enough to handle the burden that comes with attending this school. I'm looking at around 11 grand per year with just the grants provided and the scholarship that the school gave me.

    In three sentences

The campus is large enough so that you dont feel constrained but still small enough that everything you could need is withing walking distance. Its EXCELLENT for people who enjoy the city life because its practically in the middle of Boston.

    Campus Safety

Not located in a great part of town, there are often notices of people getting robbed. Stay away from Parker St at night and try to stay North of Huntington Avenue, the farther into the center of Boston you go the safer it gets. I've never had any problems personally but I do stay on my toes late at night around campus. There are blue lights everywhere and campus police to keep an eye on things. If you're in a group you'll be fine.

    Greek Life

There is one Greek Letter Society focused on academics, Greek Life is not a part of being at Wentworth.

    Clubs and Activities

The Accelerate Program is a cool way to take a stab at entrepreneurial-ism. There is a competitive video gaming club I mentioned above. The colleges of the Fenway dance program meets once a week and is very fun. Really though there are not nearly as many clubs or activities here as compared to any larger Universities.

Great for these types of students

If you already know people in Boston and will have a lot of friends at other schools. If you are very dollars and cents oriented and want a good Return on Investment. If you already know what you want to study and are not going to change your mind. If you want to be an engineer or an Architect. If you don't plan on going to graduate school.

Share any unusual traditions or locations on campus

The leopard statue had it's testicles added after Wentworth began accepting female students.

    Bang for the buck

Wentworth is very affordable and boasts fairly high starting salaries, if you got better than mediocre grades you will be a good candidate for generous scholarships. The Co-Op program should also help you pay for college. The difference between Wentworth Co-Op and any other internship is the Wentworth structures the Junior and Senior years to allow students to intern during the Fall and Spring semesters when there is less competition.

    What to do for fun

Wentworth is lacking in this department. If you like video games there is a competitive video gaming club you can check out, I don't play but friends seem to like it. There are also three tennis courts on campus which is a big plus as well as quite a few pool tables in various buildings around campus. Other than that there is not much. If you want to party you are not at the right place, but you can check out Mission Hill and try to make friend's at neighboring Northeastern University.

    Food and Dining

The cafeteria is run by a company called Chartwell's. You can spend your meal plan there and at the C-store. it is overpriced, poor quality, and has crummy service. The Chartwell's at MassArt is very slightly better and is also open to Wentworth students, go there. Freshman are forced to buy a large meal plan, but upperclassman can choose smaller plans. If you get a smaller plan you will be afford to buy better quality food outside of the cafeteria.

    Dorm Life

You can choose from either Baker or Even's/Way tudbury as a freshman. Baker is an old noisy building filled with doubles and larger communal bathrooms, however I believe that there are plans to knock Baker down and build a nicer building in its place. Evan's Way/Tudbury is suite style, with about 6 to 11 people in a suite. Even's Way/Tudbury is slightly nicer than Baker I think, and it is definitely quieter. If you want to meet as many people as possible go to Baker, if you want a little more tranquility choose Evan's. Upperclassman get to choose from a larger variety of housing and superior amenities.

    Academic Rigor

Classes are moderately challenging. Architects and Designers seem to always be overloaded with work. Otherwise the rigor of the course largely depends on your professor. Overall I'd say Wentworth has an easier curriculum.

    Tips for prospective students

Take advantage of the Colleges of the Fenway system and take your humanities classes at one of five other colleges in the area.

    Bang for the buck

Wentworth is definitely not a cheap school to attend, but the education is worth the hole in your pocket. With a reported 97% job-placement rate over the past years, Wentworth has made a name for itself. It is a very serious school, and if you are willing to apply yourself and empty most of your wallet, you will be proud to call yourself a Wentworth student. Apply for as many scholarships and grants as you can though; every little bit of assistance will make your journey a little less stressful!

    What to do for fun

What to do for fun at Wentworth It's Boston! You definitely do not have to stay on campus all the time! There are hundreds of fun options that the city has to offer. You can take the T basically anywhere you want to go around Boston. You can go to the Prudential Center, which is basically any mall-goers paradise. The Boston Common and Copley Square are always nice places to go to with friends, and your adventures there can be very fun. During the winter Frog Pond is open to the public in the Boston Common, so if you can ice skate you will definitely want to experience that in the month of December while all the holiday lights peacefully surround you. If you like art museums, the Museum of Fine Arts is RIGHT next to Wentworth's campus, and admission is free with your student ID! There are also events known as Weekends at WIT that are held every weekend. Games are played, prizes are won, and fun is experienced! You can always go to the Boston Aquarium, the Museum of Science, a Bruins game, a Red Sox game, or see a production at Symphony Hall. There are often deals through Wentworth that allow you to do these things at discounted prices ($8 tickets to a Sox game or a trip to the aquarium...and more). There are also movie showings on campus or at local campuses. It is always fun to meet up with friends from high school at local colleges in Boston to watch a new movie that the colleges have limited access to!

    Food and Dining

The food and dining at Wentworth is all done by Chartwells; some people love it, and some people do not love it so much. The options can be a bit repetitive, but the food is good, nonetheless. The fried food station can be tempting at the front of the cafe with the smell of burgers, chicken, steak and cheese, etc. but it is important to remember that everything is good in moderation; do not get a steak and cheese with fries everyday for lunch! For breakfast you have options like eggs, french toast, bacon, sausage, home fries, standard breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, cereal, muffins, bagels, and more. For lunch and dinner there Ã?Â?are always things like burgers, chicken, steak and cheeses, grilled cheese, meatball subs, chicken wraps, salads, dozens of sandwich options, soups, usually a special, and more. The physical dining area is generously spacious. Most of the time it is easy to find an open table. And when Wentworth dining is not satisfying you, the option to go to local colleges that accept Wentworth's meal plan is an option! The most convenient college-dining alternative would be Mass Art; their food options are similar, but it is said that they are often cheaper than Wentworth!

    Dorm Life

Dorm life at Wentworth is very desirable for any student who wants to live on campus while they attend school full time. Freshmen are given the option of suite-style living (Evans Way or Tudbury) as well as the traditional way of rooming in a dormitory (Baker Hall). After freshman year the options for on-campus living are either suites or apartments. Dorm life at Wentworth for freshman is enjoyable. As long as you are following the Leopard Oath (basic guidelines) then you can play music, watch sports, keep your door open, invite neighbors over, and participate in more fun activities that college students have the option to do! Living in a suite (8-12 students total) makes great opportunities to meet new people. You get to know these people fairly well and build new friendships! The freshman suites at Wentworth is a great way to start your college experience, a place where you get to meet great people and have good laughs!

    Academic Rigor

Wentworth, like most colleges and universities, is not like high school. The courses at Wentworth are very demanding, and if you are not on top of your work, you will get behind and become stressed. For many courses at Wentworth, if you miss 3 or more classes, the professor can/or will fail you. Unlike high school, you cannot miss class at Wentworth because you are sick or need a day off unless you want to lose a lot of money, including scholarships and financial aid (if you fail courses, it will show in your GPA. In most cases, if your GPA falls below a 2.5 at Wentworth, scholarships and federal aid will be revoked). At Wentworth, academics are taken very seriously, and the course loads for students are designed for those who take their future careers seriously and are passionate about what they are studying.

    Tips for prospective students

Historically, Wentworth has not been a very selective school, but do not think you can slack off in high school and still make it! It has been said, Wentworth is easy to get into but hard to stay at. This is a pretty accurate statement regarding the hard to stay at part, I can assure you. Wentworth is a very demanding, hands-on institution. The professors expect a lot from students right out of the gate (especially design students). If you choose to go to Wentworth, it should be because you are serious about what you want to do in the future. If you are a prospective student, it would be wise to aim for at least a 1600 on your SAT, and if you choose to take the ACT, aim for at least a 24 overall. These scores are no guarantee for acceptance, but they are scores that have worked for previous prospective students. If you are not involved in a club or sports team in high school...GET INVOLVED! College admissions love seeing students who are involved with community service, sports and other activities; getting involved certainly will improve your chances of getting into Wentworth.

    In three sentences

Wentworth is a very serious school located in Boston, Massachusetts. The majority of professors at Wentworth are very genuine people, not just instructors, but friends to the students. With an ideal location, and an average class size of roughly 15 students, Wentworth is a very desirable, post-secondary institution for students looking to prepare for a successful future.

    Campus Safety

Pretty good. Notices/emails/texts get sent out to alert students of nearby incidents immediately. Public safety will escort you if you are somewhere and feel unsafe.

Share any unusual traditions or locations on campus

The wall at back corner of the inner mezzanine at the library has some pretty interesting drawings.

    What to do for fun

There is a lot to do around Boston: go Downtown, walk the harbor, shop, eat at nearby restaurants there are plenty. And it's all relatively close. Just avoid the green line if it's not a Sunday morning.

    Food and Dining

Food is average if you're not a picky eater. They usually have the same varieties but if you don't like the main cafeteria you can go to MassArt cafeteria, which is about a 3 minute walk up Huntington.

    Dorm Life

This depends on where you dorm and the kind of person you are. If you dorm in 610 or 555, the experience will likely be better than in Baker or Rodgers/Edwards. In the former, those dorms are newer, look nicer, larger, allow more privacy, and house more people in a room (like 6 or more). In the latter, those dorms are small, old (therefore prone to roaches/mice), and allow for minimal privacy (which can be very disturbing in multiple ways).

    Academic Rigor

That depends on your major, I believe. Some majors have professors that hold little experience, poor resource, and are not very concerned about whether you understand the material (particularly in engineering). And even arrive late to class consistently. Other professors are super enthusiastic, respectful, and professional.

    Tips for prospective students

It's a really laid back environment at this school so feel free to be yourself. If you're outgoing and always meeting new people that's great, this school isn't so small that you see the same people everyday. If you prefer staying in and playing video games, I'm pretty sure they have a club for that. The teachers are usually affable so take advantage and speak with them whenever you have the chance.

    In three sentences

Wentworth is a technology school but it also offers degrees in Business and Facilities Management. The campus is kind of small, private, and predominately guys. There are lots of extracurricular activities to join, you can start your own, but the sports team are not that advanced.

At anytime any student can call public safety to be escorted to their room. The city life may seem scary but it is not all that bad (this is coming from a girl who grew up in the woods)

    Greek Life

I don't believe there is any Greek life on campus simply because there are not enough girls even attending the school to form a sorority.

    Clubs and Activities

I am not a part of any clubs but the signs I see all around campus look interesting and if I had the time I would most definitely join a club or take part in the activities.

Great for these types of students

This school is not for those who do not plan on working hard, but there is also time for fun.

Share any unusual traditions or locations on campus

The quad is a good place to hang out as well as the park in between the campus dorms and the Isabella Stewart Gardiner Museum.

    Bang for the buck

Wenworth may be expensive but living in a college city is extremely worth it. There are even opportunities to live off campus in order to make affording the college cheaper.

    What to do for fun

Being in Boston there are plenty of fun things to do: catch a Red Sox or Bruins game, go ice skating in the Commons, see a movie, or even just walk around the North End. Exploring Boston on a nice day is both free and interesting.

    Food and Dining

Beatty, the cafeteria, can be gross and boring, but you can also use your meal plan at the c-store, which is like a tiny grocery store so if you have a kitchen you don't have to go far for a meal you can cook yourself.

    Dorm Life

As long as you don't live in baker all of the other dorms are excellent. 555 and 610 are awesome because they have kitchens. The addition of the 525 dorm is looking hopeful as well with the addition of singles.
