Around Town

There's not much to do on campus for fun. Most people would play frisbee, lax, throw a ball, etc. outside.

Nothing.

School clubs, seminars, nearby places off campus.

There is plenty to keep you busy on campus.

Campus Activities Board ALWAYS has something planned whether it's a movie, a trip, a concert, you name it, they probably host it. Such a great organization! The Springfield area also has alot to offer, restaurants, museums, malls, etc.

Plenty of clubs and organizations to join along with dozens of planned events and trips.

There are always athletic events going on. Last year, 4 varsity Golden Bear teams successfully made it to the NCAA tournament. At the campus center, there are musicians, bands, magicians, comedians, movies, karaoke and more going on. Pick-up basketball is a campus favorite.

Go to sporting events. There are also Friday events that are really fun and put on every week by various clubs on campus. Most students live on campus so the activities office does a great job of always making sure there is something to do.

There is plenty of fun things to do on campus. You can join one of the many clubs if you want to meet people with similar interests as you. You can go to the Campus Center during the weekends and watch or participate in many of the Late Night at the Rock activities during the weekend. These activities even include concerts and comedian shows.

Outside from programs put on by the campus, the school is located near many stores and restaurants. There is a movie theater and a bowling alley near by as well.
