Whitworth believes strongly in an education of mind and heart and this is obvious through all of the professors. Class sizes are fairly small, allowing lots of interaction between students and professors. The material is challenging, but there is always help available for those who are looking for it. If the dorms are too loud, the library can provide some much needed quiet and comfortable chairs for study time.

I am extremely fortunate, in the fact that I have come to love my school and make it a second home for me. I know students who don't feel that way and I'm glad that I'm enjoying my professors and community. Whitworth is a great college for students that work and have families. They understand that you have other obligations besides school. They are number one in my book.

Whitworth University is dedicated to giving plenty of opportunities to current and incoming students both on-campus and off. Classes are challenging and interesting, even the ones outside of your intended major! It really is a University dedicated to an Education of Mind and Heart.
