There is a wide variety of food on campus at the student center and in many of the other buildings there is at least one food establishment. Great food choices

The food here at the dorms is gross. It taste like old elementary school food. I believe it was a waste for me to even spend my money on a meal plan.

WSU honestly has the nicest, most adorable dining staff of all time. The elderly ladies that swipe your ID card love to talk about how school is going, the cooks LOVE to joke around while they serve you. The food gets pretty repetitive, but it tastes good almost always. Go to the late night meal time from 9-11! The best food is always at late night.

The food at the cafeteria is fairly decent and they have a wide variety. The student center has an excellent list of choices for dining in between classes. They have snacks available in the book store, a coffee/smoothie stand, pizza hut, taco bell, chick fil a, Thai cuisine, and a couple sub-sandwich and soup outlets. They also have a diner in the bowling alley downstairs where you can grab burgers, hot dogs, chicken strips, etc.

The food life is not so great in my opinion but they have just rebuilt the cafeteria and currently working on building another building where students can hang out and lounge and many other opportunities for food vendors. Currently there is a Blimpies, Chic Fillet, Chinese, Indian, Taco Bell, and Pizza Hut.

Greek Life is easily the best way to feel like you're getting the most out of college at WSU. Not only will you meet 90% of the student population that is actually your age, but it also opens doors to all kinds of other leadership positions and opportunities around campus that are hard to find out about otherwise. They definitely liven up your college experience.

As a parent of a greek, I am impressed with the way the sororities are put together and have seen my daughter explore many things that she wouldn't have without it.

The greek life has always been a pretty involved part of the campus life. For the most part they put on a lot of great entertainment and a lot of them are very academic oriented. I recommend you talk to a active member during rush to learn more about if its for you.

I am not personally a member of the Greek community, but I have many friends who are. They enjoy it a lot and are always busy with some event, like sports, or some kind of competition or tradition. Their parties are a lot of fun too.

Members of the Greek communities are leaders on campus (both the student government president and vice-president are Greek members). There are roughly 600 fraternity and sorority members on campus, and 21 different organizations. Out of the those, about 50 students averaged a 4.00, and 4 organizations had 10% of their members average a 4.00.
