Winona is a great college! I am absolutely learning a lot of information in a variety of classes! I am a nursing major, and I brought a year's worth of credits in with me from taking PSEO classes during my junior and senior years of high school. Therefore, most of my classes are prerequisites for the nursing major. Most of my classes are science related classes. I love them! They keep me busy, but I'm doing well in them and learning a lot.     Winona has a small town atmosphere, which really makes you feel at home. Winona State has great professors, great programs, and a great learning atmosphere. Not only does Winona offer great things academically, it also offers many social and outdoor gatherings.

    I think that if i had to rate Winona State out of a 10 point scale, i would rate it a 10. I like the whole Family feel. I also like all that the town has to offer, there is never a dull day on campus.

    It is a friendly small town college with beautiful bluffs, lakes, and the Mississippi River. There are very good programs and professors to help you succeed. It is a good place to focus, grow, and learn.
