I love eating in the dining hall. The food is great and provides variety. Also it is convenient to grab something on campus before class.

» Read MoreThe food is okay. We have fried chicken Wednesday and fried fish Friday. The fish and beans are great. We also have a RamShack here where they sell fast food and SubWay, so sometimes you can eat other food besides the stereotypical college food.
» Read MoreI do eat on campus though and the cafe food is great. I am unsure of the actual cafeteria food but it must be good, because the line is always very long. The food smells so good on campus that you would even feel like you have to eat there everyday.
» Read MoreThere are many options to choose from when it comes to food here on campus. The cafeteria offers a wide variety of choices to students that can fit into any one's diet. For the most part the food in the cafeteria is pretty good with my personal favorite being fried chicken Wednesday! There is also a mini market on campus that sells a wide variety of a college students needs from washing powders to a carton a milk. You name it they got it! Well say you do not want to go in the cafeteria to eat there is also fast food restaurants such as subway on campus to fulfill the taste buds of students.

We also have non divine 9 greek letter organizations such as Alpha Phi Omega(community service), Alpha Nu Omega(Christian organization), Chi Eta Phi(nursing sorority) Tau Beta Sigma and Kappa Kappa Psi(band organizations).

Some include Delta Sigma Theta, Kappa Kappa Psi, Alpha Kappa Alpha, Omega Psi Phi, and many others i did not mention. The event of becoming apart of one of these Greek organizations comes around once a year. Winston-Salem State has a zero tolerance level for hazing.

» Read MoreDeltas are currently inactive on our campus. As far as Divine Nine that makes it somewhat incomplete, but all different Greek paraphernalia can be seen around campus all year long. The band's fraternity and sorority are very active as well. You may also see events hosted by Swing Phi Swing. Other major Greeks are honorary and profession based. i.e. Fraternity/Sorority for Nursing majors
