Classes are fast paced and can be difficult but there are many resources to help you. Professors are generally willing to help, as are other students. The Math and Science Help Center (MASH) is extremely useful for early math and science classes. An emphasis on projects and hands on learning also makes learning easier.

    The people are nice and ready to learn. The campus is beautiful. Administration wants you to succeed and gives generous financial aid.

    Its a combination of everything. You will find nerdy CS majors to football jocks and guys like me that are in the middle. If you can't handle too much workload then I suggest not coming here.

    The campus is beautiful and in a better part of Worcester than some of the other college campuses in the city. The unique term schedule, from what I've heard from current students, makes the academically rigorous courses easier to manage. The campus life is vibrant, but the students are academically focused at the core.

    WPI is a great, small, learning community. It is not a competitive atmosphere at truly fosters cooperative learning. The faculty genuinely cares about helping students succeed in all aspects of their education.

    Worcester Polytechnic Institute is a wonderful school that greatly focuses on hands on learning as well as learning from books. Campus life is great and exciting making attending WPI both fun and challenging. The faculty is also very helpful and they will do their best to help a student out whenever they need it.
