I totally recommend going to see the shows the theatre department puts on, because as I said early the program is amazing!

Wright State offers plenty of activities during the week and also on the weekends. Almost everyday there is something on campus worth looking into, whether it is an interest group or a campus wide event, there is always something to do or see. Lots of cultural events, particularly when the weather gets warm. TONS of student clubs- everything from kayaking to karate to zumba to anime. It really depends what you're into - there's likely something to do either on campus or nearby.

Compared to other colleges, there is not as much as there would be to do at an urban campus but not as little things to do as there would be in a rural campus. We have a good number of campus activities, organizations and ROTC, which many students are involved. There are many shopping options five minutes away with many strip malls, Walmart, Sam's Club, Kohl's and the Fairfield Mall five minutes away. If you're willing to drive, twenty minutes up the highway is the Greene, which has more specialty stores such as Books and Company and Cheesecake Factory.
