    Will learn a lot

    I will be studying medical assistance because I love working and helping others in need of service.

    Here at Erwin I believe that the staff is very friendly.
    Tips for prospective students

    In order to get accepted you have to take a test. The first couple of times it was difficult but I finally passed it. They have a learning center available to the students which helps students who need to improve their reading math and language scores in order to get into their program.
    Great for these types of students

    Erwin has a wide variety of programs such as:dental and medical assistance, surgical tech, and practical nursing

    Did learn a lot

    I attended in 1995-96 in the HVACR program.Its always the case you get gut of it what you put into it.At the time I just got out of high school and as I did there just went thought the motions you know just get thought it.I feel I learned a lot but now that I'm 35 looking back I could have pushed it harder but Iv always sold my self short because of my learning problems.If you reading is and your young don't do what I did.Nothing is stopping you and your just like everyone else you can do whatever you put your mind to

    Its the people your learing with that make it fun.I met a lot of great people there most Iv never seen since but good times.I did feel sorry for the one instructor.He ran around helping everyone and sometimes being a @#%$ but thats because the other instrutor was in the office siting on his butt on the phone but like Iv said 95-96
    Bang for the buck

    I have to say yes.When I was graduating they where raising there rates but they where still cheaper then HCC and private schools

    Snobs. Because everyone there is just everyday people.Just trying to get thought life and get a job and if your a snob you'll really think your the king or queen of Erwin till someone throws you out of the second story window.No its for everyday folks just trying to learn what it is there going for and better there self and maybe cant afford collage or don't want to go to school for a long period time
