    In three sentences

    A while back, I received a letter from MGTC stating that my academic status is probation with FA. Recently, changes were made since then to where now I am one of the many students who got robbed of my financial aid when I should have been on probation to begin with. Now I am seeking scholarships outside MGTC to try to cover me since I am on a low budget and that this is a desperate need.
    Tips for prospective students

    This college is more strict on academic standards for every student and it is tighter than it was when I first entered MGTC in 2002. If you are planning to apply, please make sure you stay on top of everything. According to not just the Financial Aid department but the whole college itself, every student past and present can not afford too many errors!
    Academic Rigor

    As much as I have learned, most instructors try to steer me the wrong way even if I needed help. Make sure you have found an instructor that you are the most comfortable with.
    Dorm Life

    This does not apply. There are no dorm rooms in MGTC.
    Food and Dining

    All students can purchase snacks, drinks, and food from the Bookstore and the Student Lounge.
    What to do for fun

    Hang out with classmates and study with them since they can provide you with assistance in case you can't get a hold of your instructors.
    Bang for the buck

    Now-a-days, used books can be cheap. MGTC does have a program for this. Those that buy a used book can not sell it back - they have to use media sources (internet) instead.

    I do not have any interest in joining Greek related groups.

    Although the security team exercises authority, they spend most of their days driving around and surveillancing.
