    universidad del turabo is a great college where you can find peace of mind even after coming out of exams since it has a lot of green areas on campus. the education is great and the professors are easy to understand. easy to access and the people attending are always driving you forward each semester.
    Tips for prospective students

    study hard and don't cut class, there will always be time to hang out with friends but they will not give you grades. be sociable since there will be people that you'll see until the last semester.

    one of the best in the country and there's even statistics to prove it so i can't complain at all.

    i haven't lived in a dorm but i have visited a few of my friends and they're pretty nice, small since they were for one person but i could be comfortable there.
    Food and Dining

    the food in the cafeteria was the best! a bit pricey but they serve a lot so cant complain. there's fast-foods across the street also.
    What to do for fun

    hang out with friends in the different spont across the college when there's nothing else to do. there's also the events that students can participate or attend to.
    Share any unusual traditions or locations on campus

    it's situated in a border line that if you cross a certain place is in one town and you back you're in another town.
    Campus Safety

    the campus is very safe and security guards are always doing their rounds just in case.

    Am learning a lot

    The professors are excellent and they take time to explain certain areas you might need to improve on. It is rare to recieve a complaint about a certain professor. The good news is if you do not get along with said professor you can either work on your relationship with that teacher or change classes during the established time limit (1 week).
    Am enjoying being here

    The university is very quiet, yet exciting at the same time. There is always something to do so you will not get bored easily.
    Bang for the buck

    The price range for each semester is aproximately $3,000. Though cost may vary due to the chosen profession and the years you decide to study. The tuition of this facility is cheaper than that of the U.S. The students that attend this university also have the benefit of studying during the summertime so they can finish college quicker.
    Tips for prospective students

    The ambience is wonderful, very homey. It is easy to maintain your grades if you study hard and party in moderation. Even though the education here may be viewed by some as elemental, the language (if your not familiar with spanish) can complicate the learning process. All in all, this is a very respectable, educational facility with modern technology.
    Great for these types of students

    The students in the University of Turabo are hispanic, but there are also people who come from around the world to study there. It is an institution enriched by culture and filled with students who desire the best education at a reasonable price.
