Categories Rating Comments Will learn a lot As one of the top higher education institutions, UAMS is considered the premier health care provider in the state with a Level One Trauma Accreditation!
Will enjoy being here I look forward to an exciting, fast-paced learning environment among some of the best practitioners in the State!
Bang for the buck As a public university, the cost is reasonable, making UAMS a phenomenal value for the expert knowledge unique to that institution.
Great for these types of students Focused, goal-oriented, and self-motivated to receive a top-notch education from the BEST!

Tips for prospective students Log lots of volunteer hours. Get work experience in a pharmacy. Determine your strengths and weaknesses and why UAMS should accept you, before going to your interview.
Academic Rigor Not harder material, but large volume.
Dorm Life Very convenient to class but expensive compared to off campus apartments.
Food and Dining Tons of places to eat.
What to do for fun Shopping, bars, clubs, parks, Pinnacle Mountain
Clubs and Activities APhA and NCPA win national chapters of the year almost every year
