Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution

For as long as humanity has existed, conflict has been a problem. Peace studies and conflict resolution majors get the chance to study this issue to prevent future confrontations and help solve current dilemmas. The program provides detailed instructions about the origins, resolution, and the prevention of inter-group and international conflicts. You'll learn more about the social, psychological, and scientific factors that could help attain peace. New peace research methods may also make their way into your core curriculum. Once you've graduated, you will come to realize your true potential as an individual who can make a difference. Even though the field is diversified, you will have to compete for popular positions. If your hard work pays off, you may work as a regional monitor, education coordinator, public relations liaison, or analyst. This is the perfect chance for you to study peacemaking and eventually find resolutions to complex problems.
