Creative teachers inspire creative students. At the International Academy of Design & Technology (IADT), our faculty consists of experienced professionals from the design and technology fields who know firsthand what it takes to succeed. Our curriculum is designed around the current, demand for real-world knowledge, taught by skilled professionals, and it is continually updated to reflect the changing needs of the global marketplace.

IADT's Career Services Department is there for students every step of their journey. As a student and after you graduate, you'll have access to full and part-time opportunities through our online career fairs, on-site employer visits, and student portal. Our network of industry relationships and assistance with your resume, interviewing techniques, and networking skills are all focused on your success.

IADT's knowledgeable Student Finance staff can assist you through the financial aid application process, whether you are applying for a student loan, a federal grant or other financial assistance. Tuition planning assistance is available to all students. Financial aid is available for those who qualify.

Tampa - Academy Local Applicant Scholarship

Scholarship Description

The Academy Local Applicant Scholarship has been established to assist students enrolled to start school at the International Academy of Design and Technology who live within 100 miles of the colleges and have graduated from high school or who have earned their G.E.D. Applicants must participate in an essay competition and complete a 350-word essay on the subject assigned at the event. Essay competitions will be held quarterly, and the dates for the competition will be posted on the Student Portal. Applicants must submit a completed scholarship application prior to participating in the essay competition. The deadline for submission is April 1 for students entering in the spring term, July 1 for entry into the summer term, October 1 for entry into the fall term, and January 1 for entry into the winter term.
