- Scholarship Description
- Student must be a declared major or minor in Chinese. Award is based solely on merit, regardless of the nominee's financial need. Students are normally nominated by a member of the faculty of the Department of East Asian Studies (EAS), who will also submit a letter of support. Selection will be made by an EAS faculty committee composed of at least three members appointed by the Head of the Department of East Asian Studies. Selection will be based upon the student's overall academic excellence in the field of Chinese Studies.
