- For Graduate Continuing Students. The Institute strives by providing financial aid assistance to students who demonstrate financial need. If you are not receiving any other CIIS scholarship and completed successfully 15 units or two full time semesters at CIIS by when you apply, you may be a candidate for this scholarship.
