- Delta Sigma Pi Outstanding Student Scholarship Description One $300, one $500, and one $1200 scholarship will be awarded to students enrolled in the College of Business & Economics at California State University, East Bay. CRITERIA Must be an undergraduate or graduate student currently enrolled in the College of Business & Economics. Must have a minimum GPA of 3.00. REQUIRED MATERIALS Application form. A resume. (One page max) Essay responses. (See Essay Questions below) A printout of your unofficial transcript from "My CSUEB." ESSAY QUESTIONS Answer the following essay questions, which are typical of questions asked by top-25 MBA programs: What are your three most substantial accomplishments and why do you view them as such? (1000-word limit, double spaced) What have you learned from a mistake? (500-word limit, double-spaced) Please write an essay on one of the following (500-word limit, double-spaced): Discuss a defining experience in your leadership development.
