Menlo Merit Scholarships

Scholarship Description
The family and friends of Dale 'Snook' Noack have established one scholarship of $250 annually at Valley City Sate University in his memory. The scholarship shall be issued to a new student wishing to pursue an athletic career at Valley City State University. A new student shall mean either an incoming freshman or a student transferring to VCSU. The recipient is to be determined by the Athletic Director of VCSU.
