- Amount: 3 @ $300 each. Sponsored by the Hollis Best Senate of Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity. Qualifications: An active member in good standing (dues fully paid and initiated) in Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity from first day of semester in which scholarship is awarded. Selection is based upon a balance of academic achievement and contributing to the Hollis G. Best Senate (regularly attends general meetings and events, volunteers for committee work and events, volunteers for the snack table).
