Scholarship Description
GSIS New Applicant Guaranteed Scholarships - All students who apply, and are accepted, to any of the six 90 credit hour master’s degree programs at GSIS will receive the following guaranteed scholarships based on official criteria submitted in the admissions application. No additional scholarship application is required. To be eligible, students must attend GSIS full-time (8 or more credit hours per quarter). Scholarships cover two academic years based on academic standing. Students applying to a Peace Corps affiliated program (Master’s International or Fellows), mid-career programs, 4+1 program, or dual degree programs are not eligible. All applicants must be accepted to the Graduate School of International Studies before the GSIS Office of Admissions and Financial Aid can award guaranteed scholarships. Deans Scholar $10,000 - Academic Scholarship * Undergraduate GPA between 3.50 and 3.74 * Verbal GRE 550.
