Department: All majors. Purpose: University Scholarship. Description: This fund was established in 1989 by the estate of Arlyne M. O'Boy. In accordance with her last will and testament, "Said income is to be used by it for the education of a needy and deserving student or students who shall be chosen by the president of Western Connecticut State University, or by the faculty of said college under his or her direction. I direct that particular but not exclusive consideration be given to students of the Danbury-Bethel area. Amount: Scholarship.
