The 1111 Cawley/Murphy GU Scholarship

Scholarship Description
This scholarship was established by Mr. Charles M. Cawley (C'62) and others to honor the memory of Christopher M. Murphy, son of John Peter and Gael Murphy and nephew of Charles M. Cawley, who died at a young age while still in college.  These scholarships provide assistance to undergraduates who are from the states of Delaware, Maine, Maryland and/or New Jersey who demonstrate financial need for Georgetown scholarship aid.  At least one or more recipients each year come from each state, with at least two recipients each year who are in Georgetown College.
